Just Laptops Tech Solution is a total service solution that allows you to get the most from your new purchase. We will support you throughout your purchase journey with setup, ongoing access to learning and support from our Tech Solutions team, and a warranty plan for peace of mind. Additional hardware warranty/ Extra product protection is for peace of mind that you are protected from product faults. It operates alongside and in addition to your rights under the manufacturer's warranty and NZ consumer laws.
What is included in Just Laptops Care Protection Plan?
• Quick Automatic Replacement within 30 days of purchase

• Additional Hardware Warranty - Your device will be protected against any hardware defects in materials or workmanship for the agreed length of cover
• Lemon Protection - Stay calm when life gives you lemon. If any hardware issues (excludes physical damage) occurred for 3 times during cover period, we'll replace it with no questions asked
• Price Protection - If you buy something and find it cheaper in the next 30 days, we'll refund the difference via Credit Card or Internet Banking
• Initial Device Setup Support (otherwise $199 if purchased separately) - Our Tech Solutions specialists will install and set up your new device for your ease and convenience
• No Inspection Fees - Sometimes we won't know whether it's your fault, our fault or your cat's fault. We'll look into it for free
