This Plan contains Just Laptops Tech Solution and additional hardware warranty/ Extra product protection.
Just Laptops Tech Solution is a total service solution that allows you to get the most from your new purchase. We will support you throughout your purchase journey with setup, ongoing access to learning and support from our Tech Solutions team, and a warranty plan for peace of mind. Additional hardware warranty/ Extra product protection is for peace of mind that you are protected from product faults. It operates alongside and in addition to your rights under the manufacturer's warranty and NZ consumer laws.
What is included in Just Laptops Care Protection Plan?
• Quick Automatic Replacement within 30 days of purchase
• Priority (Extended) Express Warranty
• Additional Hardware Warranty - Your device will be protected against any hardware defects in materials or workmanship for the agreed length of cover (2 years, including the manufacturer's warranty)
• Lemon Protection - Stay calm when life gives you lemon. If any hardware issues (excludes physical damage) occurred for 3 times , we'll replace it with no questions asked
• Price Protection - If you buy something and find it cheaper in the next 30 days, we'll refund the difference via Credit Card or Internet Banking
• Initial Device Setup Support (otherwise $199 if purchased separately) - Our Tech Solutions specialists will install and set up your new device for your ease and convenience
• No Inspection Fees - Sometimes we won't know whether it's your fault, our fault or your cat's fault. We'll look into it for free
• Up to 2 Free Tech Support Service each year (otherwise from $199 per tech service item if purchased separately) - includes free System Rebuild, virus removal and general tech support
• Free Data Backup or Migration - if your device needs servicing, the service is provided free of charge (applies to user files, documents, photos & videos only, software cannot be backed up)
• Discounted General Service Rates for Accidental Damage Repair & Insurance Report
• Annual General Service (WOF for PC/Laptop) (otherwise $199 if purchased separately) - incl dust cleaning service for cooling system & exterior area, OS update and firmware updates for free during cover period

• Norton 360 (1 Device) 2-year subscription
